Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some goods are exempt from being returned. Discounted items, or items that were on sale, will not be refunded. All discounted and sale items are final sale. Items such as gift cards or coupon books will not be refunded if they have already been shipped to you. These are items that could look unused, but a buyer could have opened it up and written down the codes for future discounts.

Please understand that due to the nature of not knowing if the codes were written down, I can not offer a refund of any kind. If a gift card or coupon book was ordered by mistake, please email or call immediately. I can only cancel the order if it has not shipped yet.

To complete your return, please use the return label that was included in your product’s packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been rejected, we will notify of the reason why.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are damaged upon arrival or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jhayberesin@gmail.com. Keep in mind, all of the products on this site are handmade and no two items will be exactly alike. The product you receive may have slightly different coloring or positioning than advertised.

If there is an issue with an acrylic pour painting, please send in pictures to jhayberesin@gmail.com and we will see what we can do for you. Due to how they are made, I cannot make an exact duplicate of a previous purchase. I will work with you to issue out a partial or full refund, depending on what is wrong with it.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our base of operations. If you have already thrown away the packaging that your product was delivered in, please email jhayberesin@gmail.com in order to get our address.

Your product will come with a return label inside for you to use. If you threw away the return label, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
